The Challenge

Yayasan Negeri Sembilan needed a single online system to handle student education-financing — from application intake through approval, disbursement, and repayment — replacing manual and fragmented processes.

Our Approach

We delivered SP3, a Laravel 12 platform with a FilamentPHP admin back office:

  • Applicant onboarding & application with an online portal and “Apply Now” flow.
  • Loan processing workflows for review, approval, and disbursement.
  • Repayment tracking and account management for borrowers.
  • Operational tooling including Livewire datatables, printable documents, queueable bulk actions, language and panel switching, and full activity logging.

  • Centralized education-loan operations for the foundation in one auditable system.
  • Self-service applicant portal reducing manual paperwork.
